Sex is a natural and normal part of any relationship but how you view it, along with how you view yourself, can lead to many problems.
Intimacy, sex and affection are basic human needs, but stress and anxiety can cause all kinds of issues in the bedroom and can even stop people from entering into relationships altogether. This is them and you can’t fix them, all you can do is save yourself.

- - Flying Monkeys - How toxic people recruit others to believe the lies they tell about you.

- - Trauma Bonding - The horrible push - pull energy that stops you from leaving even though you know it’s no good for you.
